Good Morning, Reykjavik is written in style typical to MonkeyRat’s Funky and groovy sound that their fans love. “U Gotta Love Being U” was written in an atypical style to the bands’ distinct danceable tunes fans have grown to adore and instead was experimentally written in the form of pop/singer/songwriter styled music with a message of positivity. “U Gotta Love Being U” was also MonkeyRat’s first co-written song, bringing in writers and musicians Hans Andrias Jacobsen and Beinir Troest Rasmussen.

Monkey Rat features the talents of many virtuous folks, many of whom are accomplished, award-winning musicians.
