Street Play – Teeth Puncture Lust – Music Video of the Month

Dropping a seductively decadent new music video on none other than the most lustful holiday of them all, Valentines Days, LA grunge band, Street Play brings the noise with their track Teeth Puncture Lust. 

It didn’t matter if you were single or not on Valentine’s day because Street Play was there to take care of us all. Full of theatric splendor this provocative music video is eye-catching, captivating & eerily enchanting. Utilizing dark theatric imagery, synchronized dancing, gaunt spectating bohemians, the occult & circus acts this short is full of captivating 

The song begins with a dismally deceptive drum beat, followed by a guitar tone so crunchy that it may damage the roof of your mouth. The main riff slowly pulls the song along as the lyrics are almost whispered. Delivering the vocal melody softly in a trance dream-like state the song remains hypnotic in it’s pace until the bass shines through for the chorus and the screams ring out offering unique and tasteful accents. 

Teeth Puncture Lust has been a crowd-pleasing fan-favorite song that the band has been performing for years. Street Play has released a series of vlog diaries to their youtube channel which chronicles their adventures as a band, from shows to practice and the creative space & process inbetween. 

Street Play has stood busy and is coming out of the gates in 2021 with not only this lovely new video but a brand new single, for their song Lycanthropy as well.
