JJ’s International Delicatessen has been serving the Port Jervis, NY community since 2003. Housed in a tastefully designed building with various international flags hung from the shop window as decoration JJ’s Deli is a premier source for international products and cuisine.

A quick peek inside reveals a small quaint seating area and a bodega section filled with various imported grocery items, the deli displaying various cured meats, and an eye-catching bakery section complete with a pastry display. Having sampled the menu some dishes that stood out are the hearty potato knishes, uniquely grilled sandwiches melted to crispy perfection, beef and veal hot dogs piled high with sauerkraut and mustard, fluffy and not overly sweet Pączki topped with powered sugar, and the plethora of sides, sauces, utensils, and after diner refreshments. JJ’s get their delicious pickles from Cory’s Pickles a family-owned vendor serving the Hudson Valley area.

The customer service-centered approach to its operations and hospitality aimed stylings are echoed within JJ’s packaging. Each bag is stamped with the words “Thank You” in various languages and often time has hand-made drawings that are guaranteed to make you smile.
