New Independent Music November 2026 | Mad Indie Media
New Independent music November 2026. Halloween is over, the candy is gone, and the clocks just fell back, but this month’s playlist is not ready to let the spooky season go. November’s Mad Indie Media rotation brings 30 tracks from 15 independent artists, running from sleazy garage punk to bedroom-pop confessionals and everything in between. We have an interview with Bleek dropping later this month, and two artists on this list, Skylar Solace and The Filibusters, have been on repeat around here since the day they landed in our inbox. Here’s your guide to who’s spinning this November. Let’s get into this
New Independent Music November 2026
Bleek
Bleek is on the playlist with three tracks, Fins, Bitter, and Forsaken Eyes, and we’re excited to share that a full Mad Indie Media interview with the band is dropping later this month. The Ocean City Maryland based Doom-adjacent 3 piece has come out of the gates swinging with 3 releases so far. We are very excited to speak with them this month and find out more about this emerging artist. Keep an eye on the site and our Instagram for the interview.
Skylar Solace
We absolutely love Skylar Solace around here. Three tracks from the 302 release made the playlist this month: the title track, to my dearest, sierra, and everytime. If you only press play on one new artist this month, make it this one. We loved hearing this music and are very happy to share this new independent music from November 2026 with our audience. We at Mad Indie Media are super excited to see what Skylar Solace does next.
The Filibusters
Another one of our favorites this month. The Filibusters have three tracks on the playlist: Sum of Our Past, Nobody Cares but You from the Non-Operational release, and a cover of Road House Blues recorded with Renato Pezzano from their Cover Hits Vol. 2 collection. Songs like these are exactly why we do this.
Feed Me Jack
Feed Me Jack brings Until Then from the album Chumpfrey and Definitely You from Anatolia to the rotation. These are some oldies but some goodies. If you like your guitars knotty and your songwriting a little unhinged, start here. These math adjacent songs will be stuck in your head, tread lightly.
Sacred Lawns
Sacred Lawns appears three times this month with Dim Chandeliers, Pretend, and Property. The Asbury Park, NJ based indie-rock band is making some seriously chill and uplifting alternative that most anyone can enjoy.
The Lot
Hailing from our former stomping ground, the Hudson Valley in NY, alternative-rock band The Lot brings us three tracks on this month’s playlist. Up n Down, Little Green, and Late Night Whispers. Despite only releasing music since 2024 the band has made a name for themselves attracting streamers around the country and playing coveted NY venues like Bethel Woods (the site of the OG Woodstock music festival) and Daryl’s house.
Eastmount Park
The Ottawa, Ontario based duo, Eastmount Park contributes Heaven Ain’t No Heaven, a tight two-minutes-and-forty-seconds of upbeat, acoustic music. Details on this artist are still emerging; follow them on spotify for more details.
Maya Mayday
Finnish artist Maya Mayday brings Patchwork to the November rotation. Her debut single is a song about breaking into pieces and becoming really good at patching themselves back together. We absolutely loved the unhinged pitch Maya and company sent us; it definitely grabbed our attention and we are pleased to let you know you can expect more music from Maya Mayday in late January of 2027.
Giuliana May
Giuliana May’s Who am I? is a short, searching track that earns its place on the list. A song about self searching hits the ears in a curious wandering way. Who am I? Is a cinematic alt-pop track blending dark-pop production with existential literature.
Jade Imani
Jade Imani is on the playlist with her single Free. This track becomes all the more impressive when you realise that Jade is only 15 years old!! This pop-country crossover is a track about independence and having the confidence to choose your own path. We are very excited to see where this budding artist goes next.
Generifus
The Olympia Washington based band, Generifus offers us three songs in the rotation: Bird Beak, Dependence Day, and Best of Both Worlds, the last two from the Best Of collection. Bird Beak the latest single from the anticipated album Pulling on the Seam, for release in February via Anxiety Blanket Records (vinyl) and Den Tapes (cassette). No strangers to life on the road, hitting the studio and being a well rounded musician, Spencer Sult, brain child of Generifus has toured extensively both inside the USA as well as abroad.
Maxwell Purple Acoustic
Maxwell Purple Acoustic brings two tracks: the five-minute Mr. Biatch and Tell Me You Love Me. We’re going to give it to you straight cause it’s not everyone’s thing these tracks are raw. Rawness is never something we shy away from here at Mad Indie Media. Drawing inspiration from bands such as Soundgarden and Alice in Chains, Maxwell Purple Acoustic delivers raw energy via his vocals and an acoustic bass.
The Candy Snatchers
Yes, we are hanging on to Halloween with this one, and The Candy Snatchers are the right band for the job. The Virginia Beach punk ‘n’ roll outfit formed in 1992 and took their name from an obscure, trashy 1970s horror flick, which feels about right for a band that has spent three decades making loud, sleazy, gleefully chaotic garage punk. Shame Shivers arrived in 2022 on I-94 Recordings as their first new music in over a decade, and the raw, frantic energy and Larry May’s unmistakable vocal sounded like they’d never left. The playlist also features No Time To Waste from their 1998 album Human Zoo, a record that still sounds rotten in the best way. We recently heard this band on WFMU.
Fcl Kave and 777Legacy
Fcl Kave and 777Legacy team up for Electric, a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it track at just over a minute and a half. This upbeat pop single is the perfect danceable track for those that enjoy bright and ambient sounds.
Dmjavaz
Dmjavaz closes out the list with two tracks: Remember That Day and Out Of The Equation. NYC based Malayali-American artist Divya better know as her stage name Dmjavaz was born in Saudi Arabia and recently released the track Breaking Out on Halloween (that was yesterday, what are you waiting for go listen to it now!!) Keep an eye on Dmjavaz socials for upcoming performances and new releases.
