Morningside Lane – Musician Spotlight
NJ’s own Morningside Lane released “Glass Skin” as a single on June 12th, 2020 off their upcoming release “These Are Our Years”. The band was originally established in Fort Lee NJ home of the famous Hiram’s.
The band self-released 4 EP’s before partnering with Super Sick Records for their 2015 release Recovery Signs which gained the band international acclaim. Most recently the band has won a place on Electric Music Magazine’s best unsigned 2020 competition.
Glass Skin, along with the band’s upcoming LP release, “These Are Our Years” were both recorded mixed and mastered at Lakehouse Studio’s in Asbury Park. This song has that classic Jersey summer vibes feel and vibe. It’s an upbeat number with inspiring vocalization, rhythm, and structure.
